Affiliate Disclaimer
Some links on Swingers Dallas may earn us compensation. This page explains how affiliate and referral relationships work, what they do and do not influence, and how we disclose monetized recommendations.
Swingers Dallas may receive compensation when you use certain links on this website and later complete a qualifying purchase, subscription, paid upgrade or other eligible action. You generally do not pay more because you used our link. Compensation helps support the publication, but it does not guarantee inclusion, favorable coverage or a particular ranking.
Material connections
Affiliate relationships on Swingers Dallas
We use affiliate or referral links with selected lifestyle and technology companies when the product is relevant to Dallas-Fort Worth readers. Relationships and tracking arrangements can change over time, and not every mention or link to a company is monetized.
A company’s inclusion on this page does not mean every reference to that company is sponsored or monetized. Where a specific partner relationship is not active or cannot be verified, we do not treat the possibility of compensation as a reason to recommend the product.
Editorial independence
Compensation does not buy a favorable recommendation.
Our goal is to answer the reader’s question with the most useful option. We may recommend non-affiliate venues, free resources, official organizer pages or services that generate no compensation when they are the better destination.
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee favorable coverage, placement in a comparison, inclusion in the monthly event calendar or protection from criticism. When we cover Colette Dallas, Club Eden DFW, an organizer, an app or another service, we aim to keep the factual and editorial assessment separate from any commercial relationship.
On-page disclosure
How we disclose monetized links
This page provides the site-wide explanation, but it does not replace reader-facing disclosures near material affiliate calls to action. When compensation could affect how a reasonable reader evaluates a recommendation, we aim to disclose that relationship clearly and close to the relevant content.
Affiliate links may also use technical attributes such as rel=”sponsored” and nofollow. Those attributes help describe the link to search engines and browsers, but they are not a substitute for a visible disclosure.
After you leave our site
Partners control their own pricing, eligibility and terms.
When you follow a third-party link, the destination website or app controls its own prices, membership requirements, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, privacy practices and terms. Swingers Dallas does not control those services and cannot guarantee that an offer, feature or availability shown today will remain unchanged.
Tracking and attribution can also vary by browser, device, app or partner system. A click from Swingers Dallas does not necessarily mean that we will receive compensation.
FTC transparency
Our disclosure standard
We intend our affiliate practices to be consistent with applicable U.S. advertising rules, including the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides. The core principle is straightforward: a financial or other material connection that could affect the weight a reader gives a recommendation should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.
For additional information, see the FTC’s Endorsement Guides guidance.
